Once we receive your exchange package, one transaction will take place:
• A new order will be placed for the new item(s) you have requested (subject to availability).
At this time you may be contacted to provide verification or to update your billing information.
All exchange requests are subject to availability. By the time your exchange request is received, there is a possibility that the item(s) you requested in exchange may be temporarily unavailable. If the item(s) you have requested in exchange for your return are no longer available at the time of processing, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s), and you will be notified via email.
You the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees on exchange orders. Your card will be charged the additional shipping amount when your new order is ready to be shipped.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with purchases you make from LOKTAH simply call or email us to authorize a return for a full refund. Once we confirm a return please print the sheet below and return it along with the product. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges on delivery and return of goods. Please note we do not issue refunds on any custom or printed products such as albums, logo add-ons and custom created items unless consent by a LOKTAH staff member has been given.
Should any products arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and merchandise. Since all of our shipments are through Fedex, UPS and USPS they may require evidence of the damage in order to pay any claim. Please call our offices within 24 hours of receiving your package with damaged merchandise and we will instruct you of the next step. We cannot be held responsible for any packages damaged upon arrival.
LOKTAH will refund to your credit card or paypal account.
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
