Can I purchase a custom design?

Yes. Just call us with your ideas of the perfect Loktah product for your company. (limited to quanities of a minimum 100 case order)

How do I create an album or press book?

All you need to do is download our blank photoshop templates of your choice and begin designing your album or press book.

What is the difference between flush mount albums and press books?

Flush Mount Albums
These albums are printed via a large format giclee "inkjet" based printing method and the printed and creased spreads are bound to a board like material that gives each page a thick and sturdy matte board like feel when in view.
Press Printed Books
These books resemble standard books found in any home or store with a vertical center gutter between the pages. Each book is printed with a digital press using eco based toner.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! Just place an order and you will see our international shipping rates are built into the checkout process.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

When ordering from Loktah, you are the importer of record and must comply with all legal regulations of the destination country.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes and customs fees required by your country.

International shipments may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are required once a shipment reaches your country which you will be held responsible for those fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be payed by the recipient; we have no control over charges and cannot gauge what they may be. Customs fees vary widely from country to country; you should contact the customs office in your area for more information regarding possible fees.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original estimates.

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

We ship monday thru friday. Usually orders go out the same day as purchased if before 3:00pm CST. If placing an order during holiday seasons please expect later ship dates  due to production. You can expect your order to arrive on average of five to ten business days from the date of placing your order. (depending on location)

I need my order rush delivered!

Please notify us of the rush in your order comments and also please select the appropriate shipping method.

What do I do when my package is lost in transit?

Please contact the shipping service you selected and give them your tracking number to run a trace. We at LOKTAH are happy to help you however we are not held responsable if a package goes missing after leaving our offices as its beyond our control. If the package cannot be found you will need to contact us to begin the process of filing a claim with the provider and we will do our best to give you a solution as fast as we can. We do not reship items that are lost until a claim has been filed by LOKTAH.

My package was damaged upon arrival!

Please note our packaging meets industry standards, we are not held responsable if a package arrives damaged. Please contact us to have a claim filed with the shipping service provider. We cannot ship a replacement until photographic documentation has been provided by you. Please email us the photos along with a description of the damaged items.
